Projects

Container Workshop Conversion

 Led the transformation of four shipping containers into a solar powered workshop for e-bike production and rentals. Oversaw design, procurement, safety compliance, and installation of solar panels, access structures, and custom reinforcements.

100 Electric Bike Production

Directed the full-scale production of 100
electric bikes. Designed and prototyped frames, streamlined manufacturing processes, and increased production capacity from 10 to 25 bikes/month. Created a production manual for future scalability

Bushbike version 3

The project focused on developing a new model of an electric bike from the ground up—starting with conceptual sketches, progressing through detailed design and 3D modeling, then moving into prototyping, testing, and finally full-scale manufacturing.
